And if you’ve been banned from a chat room and wish to be reinstated or find out more about why you’ve been excluded, you need to contact the administrator of that chat room directly. However, it might be worth waiting a short while as most bans are only temporary and are usually lifted within a few hours, although it can take up to one day.

Should you wish to register a complaint about a chat room moderator, please privately message that room’s moderator and they will be able to help you.

Need to report abuse or other violations?

If you wish to alert us to harmful content, including comments, posts, or images on any threads, please use our info email address. All such content should be reported immediately to enable us to take swift action. To help our investigation, please let us know the chat room location, the user name and the date and time of the content/incident you wish to report. We take all reports of abuse very seriously, especially those involving children, and once we are alerted, we will take swift action to ensure the content is removed, and the incident is reported to the relevant authorities, along with any information we have about the person or persons responsible for the upload.

Of course, problems can happen from time to time. The best thing to do is to visit our Announcements section in the forums, as that’s where the latest updates on any chat service technical issues will be posted. If your problem isn’t server-related and is more about your computer, our FAQs section is the best place to go to find support. Should that still not resolve your issue, please contact our Technical Support team via the forums or using our feedback form.

Spoof Emails

Please be aware that we’ve recently seen spoof emails purporting to have been sent from the contact email addresses listed on this page. Genuine messages from us to you will only ever originate from one of the email addresses above, and we’ll NEVER ask you to reply to a different email address. Should you receive a suspicious email, even if it looks like it’s from one of our contact addresses, please delete it. If you are unsure whether the message is genuine or not, you can always forward it to our Administrator. We treat spoof emails very seriously and are working to find and prosecute the perpetrators.
